The
challenge.
KOJI was entering the premium audio market against heritage brands with decades of equity. Their product was exceptional, but their launch had no story — and no budget to out-shout the incumbents. They needed a campaign that earned attention rather than bought it.
Creative
strategy.
We made sound visible. The campaign idea translated KOJI's acoustic engineering into a graphic language of bold geometry and halftone rhythm — every poster, post and package was a picture of what the product sounds like. One idea, applied with total discipline across twelve channels.
Design
process.
The campaign began in the anechoic chamber where KOJI tests its drivers. Photographing sound waves, interference patterns and frequency responses gave us a raw visual library that no competitor could imitate — it was literally the product’s own performance, rendered as art.
From that library we built a strict modernist system: a three-colour palette, one geometric grid, halftone textures at two scales, and typographic headlines set at poster scale. The constraint was the point — every asset, from a six-metre OOH poster to a 1080px social tile, was instantly recognisable as KOJI.
The rollout layered print, outdoor, social and a retail listening-room experience. Limited-edition numbered posters seeded to music press and studio communities turned customers into collectors, and the sellout followed in six weeks without a single paid placement at launch.

“Our launch poster became wallpaper in studios across Europe. That's when we knew the campaign had escaped the brief in the best way.”
